If you're writing Mystrade of Johnstrade, I tend to enjoy fic where Lestrade is injured in some way, whether on the job or not. Established relationship or early on in the relationship stories are nice, although I would prefer the fic not be a first time fic:) With Lestrolly (Mollestrade) or John/Mary, Molly or Mary being pregnant always a plus:)
